Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Covermate! If you’re not satisfied, here’s how our return and refund process works:

Return Eligibility

• Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 5 days of the delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Non-returnable Items:
  • Tumblers Collection
  • Clearance Sale Items
  • Transparent Covers

Refund Method

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• A ₹100 return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
• Refunds are initiated within 48 hours of the item being picked up by our courier partner.

Replacements

• Free replacement is available for items that are damaged or defective (must be reported at the time of delivery).
• For replacements due to any other reason (e.g. wrong item ordered, change of mind), a ₹80 charge must be paid in advance online.

• For Refunds:
